NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the LOWER TULE RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT at the office of QK, 150 W. Morton, Porterville, California 93257, until 2:00 p.m., September 30, 2025 and promptly thereafter al! proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing to said Company all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supplies necessary to realign the existing irrigation pipeline on SR-190 and Road 208 for the LOWER TULE RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the project site located on Road 208 just north of SR-190. Attendance at the pre-bid meetings is not mandatory.

Instructions to bidders, plans, specifications, and proposal forms may be inspected at QK office at 150 W. Morton Avenue, Porterville, CA. and copies of said documents may be obtained from the Company on payment of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for each set. A PDF version of the documents can be obtained at no cost by visiting https://planroom.qkinc.com and registering as a plan room user. No bid will be received unless it is made on a proposal form furnished by the Company.

Any questions regarding this project during the bidding phase shall be submitted in writing to Stephanie Bell, at Stephanie.Bell@qkinc.com. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bidder's Bond in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid made payable to LOWER TULE RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT will be required to accompany each proposal.

No bid will be accepted from a contractor who is not duly licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division III of the Business and Professions Code. No bidder may withdraw his bid during the period commencing with the date and hour of the opening and ending at the end of the tenth day there following.

The right is reserved by LOWER TULE RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT to reject any or all bids, to evaluate the bids submitted and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
