The new civic center will be located at the northwest corner of Valenica Blvd and Lakeview Ave in the City of Woodlake.

All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to Phillip Mettler phil.m@ttgarchitects.com before noon on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE (NON-MANDATORY)
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 350 N. Valencia Blvd, Woodlake CA. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities.
BID OPENING
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall; 350 N. Valencia Blvd, Woodlake CA until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025, and promptly thereafter all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

FUNDING SOURCE
This Project is being funded by Assembly Bill 179, Chapter 249, Statutes of 2022, Control Section 19.56 (d), (9), (C), and the City of Woodlake General Fund.
BASIS OF AWARD
The project, if awarded, will be based upon all the work contemplated in the Base Bid.
